Guidelines for service

1) Cans must be curbside not obstructed spaces three feet apart from each other for collection, if cans are obstructed they will not be collected that week. wheels should face the house. 

2) All material must be in the can/cans for collection. Cans should be curbside the night before for collection.

3) There is a $10 late fee if a bill is not paid on time per month. 

4) Yard waste, Construction debris, scrap metal, hazardous material, and batteries are all strictly prohibited from being in the cans, if seen there will be a minimum $47 fee as a result. 

5) If cans have more than the quoted amount of in the cans with lids closed there will be a $4 fee per can lid open from extras for 96 gallon size and $2 for 64 gallon size.

6)There is a $75 fee for cancellation of service
